My grandmother, Belva A. Kelley, was born on February 2, 1897 in Pennsylvania. She remains with me today although she has been gone from this earth since 1989. Daily I am aware of her spirit, her sense of comfort and her goodness.
In honor of my grandmother, who we called "Nanny", I created this blog. I will post her recipes and her stories and memories of my wonderful times spent with her.
To Nanny, I love you. I miss you and I am so grateful that you remain with me. To be more like you is the goal of my life. What I wouldn't give to hear, just one more time..."I love you double double!"
